Common problems

Sign-in and platforms

• “Sign-in required”: Sign in on kleinanzeigen.de or click Sign in to Kleinanzeigen. The same applies to Vinted, willhaben and eBay.
• “Kleinanzeigen asks for a pause”: Kleinanzeigen-Enhanced waits on its own and continues afterwards. Do not reload the page repeatedly.
• “No free listing left”: This is the quota of Kleinanzeigen, not your licence. For private accounts, all listings of the last 30 days count, including deleted ones (your status).
• “Kleinanzeigen takes no further listing here”: Your PRO package is full in this area or does not cover the category. Only deleting a listing makes room.
• New Kleinanzeigen account: Kleinanzeigen checks new accounts more strictly during the first 14 days. It is better not to use automatic features during this time.

• What is waiting is shown on the home page under Connection, for example listings that expire soon or calendar schedules. After you sign in, Kleinanzeigen-Enhanced catches up right away.
• Pause: do not start any further processes during this time. With many search agents, set a longer check interval. If Kleinanzeigen shows “IP-Bereich vorübergehend gesperrt” (IP range temporarily blocked), the block is on Kleinanzeigen’s side; kleinanzeigen-stoerungen.de shows whether others have it too.
• Quota (also “Kleinanzeigen charges … for this listing”): each listing frees its slot 30 days after it was posted; there is no fixed change of month. Business accounts without a package only have a few free listings per area, none for real estate and job offers. Upgrading your licence does not change this.
• Kleinanzeigen-Enhanced never completes a paid order. Wait until listings are free again, or post the listing yourself via Open in the Kleinanzeigen form.
• PRO package full: Kleinanzeigen offers no fee for packages, and deactivated listings still count. Otherwise you extend your package at Kleinanzeigen. Which area is full is shown in Settings › Platforms › Kleinanzeigen in the Package by area card.
• New account: automatic extension pauses by itself during the first 14 days.

“Access missing”

The browser does not let Kleinanzeigen-Enhanced reach a website, for example because you took back the access or Firefox does not grant new websites after an update. Click Allow access in the notice at the top of the dashboard, at the platform or in the Cloud backup card.

More: what happens until then

• Until you allow access, everything Kleinanzeigen-Enhanced does for you there is on hold. Nothing is sent, and you are not treated as signed out.
• The browser asks once for all missing websites. After that, Kleinanzeigen-Enhanced refreshes the data of this platform by itself.

Licence, inventory and dashboard

• “Inventory full”: Without a licence, 50 items fit in the inventory. Delete items or upgrade your licence; existing items remain usable.

• “Your Kleinanzeigen account needs Business”: Accounts with a PRO or real estate package need a Business licence. Get it via Get Business (1), sign in with it via Sign in to licence (2) or click Check again (3) after buying.

  

  

• A feature is locked or missing: Click Refresh licence under Settings › Licence. If the Calendar is missing, reload the dashboard.

• “New version ready”: An update is waiting because the dashboard is open. Click Reload at the top. If a process is running, Kleinanzeigen-Enhanced reloads once it is done and opens the view again.

• Licence sign-in fails: The codes in brackets are explained in Activate your licence.

• No browser notifications: Allow them for your browser in your operating system’s settings.

• Inventory full only concerns your inventory, not your free listings on Kleinanzeigen. On Kleinanzeigen, View plans leads straight to the plans (Without and with a licence).
• Business: any Business tier will do, and your data stays as it is. After booking, switch back to the dashboard; the lock goes away by itself. With Commercial listings need a Business licence the same applies, nothing was sent (Commercial listings).
• Part of the licence are for example Watchlist, search agents, drafts on Vinted and willhaben, calendar and automatic extension. For eBay a free account is enough. Under Settings › Licence the Status must be Active.
• Browser notifications only appear while the browser is running.

“A process is still open”

Only one larger operation runs on each platform at a time; Processes at the top right shows the progress. If it stops, a yellow notice names the reason: Sign in to Kleinanzeigen (1) opens the sign-in, Try again (2) continues, End process (3) closes it.

If a message, listing or draft was maybe already sent, Kleinanzeigen-Enhanced does not send again automatically. Check on the platform whether it arrived before you try again; for drafts and eBay offers, Check again does this for you.

More: skipped listings and unclear delivery

• A process skips listings that cannot be changed and names them under Processes with the reason. It only stops if the same would apply to all remaining listings, for example because you are signed out.
• Sign in to Kleinanzeigen opens the sign-in in a new tab.
• If Check again finds nothing, No draft created or No offer created frees the item again.
• If it is unclear whether a listing was created: If delivery is unclear.
