Connect JTL-Shop

JTL-Shop writes its items to an export file, which Kleinanzeigen-Enhanced reads as a feed (from Business M). The own export template is recommended; if you already use the Google Shopping export, that works too.

Your own export template

Section titled “Your own export template”

  1. In your shop’s back end, open Administration ▸ Export ▸ Weitere Formate (“more formats”) and click Neues Exportformat erstellen (“create new export format”).

  2. Enter:

  3. Copy the Kopfzeile (header) and the Inhalt (content) from below into the fields of the same name.

  4. In the format’s Einstellungen (settings), set the three Zeichenmaskierung fields to Nicht maskieren (“do not mask”) and the three Nur Produkte mit … fields to Nein (“no”), otherwise sold-out items are missing.

  5. Schedule a daily export under Administration ▸ Export ▸ Exporte-Manager and set up a feed with the address https://dein-shop.de/export/kleinanzeigen-enhanced.csv.

More: what the file contains and how current it is
  • Price: the gross price of the customer group Endkunden; a current special price counts. A new feed rounds to whole euros (Rounding in the Feed settings).
  • Stock: the number if JTL tracks the stock and does not allow overselling; otherwise “lieferbar” (“available”). For a parent item the column stays empty.
  • Description: the HTML from the Wawi (JTL’s merchandise management) becomes text with paragraphs and list items.
  • Category: the path of the main category, for example “Möbel > Tische” (“furniture > tables”).
  • Pictures: all item pictures in the large version, without JTL’s placeholder for items without a picture.
  • Sold-out items: if they are missing from the file, the sync treats them according to Product missing from the feed instead of Product sold out.
  • Größe pro Datei 0: otherwise JTL splits the file. The Fußzeile (footer) stays empty.
  • How current: the file is as current as the last export. Automatic sync is available from Business L (plan from version 5 from Business 400).

Google Shopping export

Enter the address of its file (…/export/googleshopping.zip) as the Feed address; the columns are mapped automatically. This export only knows stock as “in stock” or “out of stock”.

  • Variations: by default the format exports parent and child items, so every variation and also the parent item become products of their own. Set Export von Varkombis to Nur Vaterartikel exportieren.
  • Items without a picture: Kleinanzeigen-Enhanced does not take JTL’s placeholder over as a picture.

Variations

Section titled “Variations”

With Nur Vaterartikel exportieren, each item becomes one product with the parent item’s price and pictures, but without stock. With child items, each variation becomes a product of its own.

The template does not write the variations’ values into the description.
